Vermont currently has a high lead testing rate for toddlers but with more awareness of the importance of testing, we aim to reach the goal of 100% across the state. To reach this goal we explored the common toddler tendency to put everything possible in their mouth. And we might find that adorable most of the times, we certainly don’t want them to put certain things in their mouths for their health and safety. We expand on that sentiment and emphasize the importance of getting your toddler lead tested and becoming informed on lead poisoning prevention.
